Today, I have praparaed Chilli paneer with this step by step recipe is delicious delight anytime.  This recipe is for preparing dry Chinese paneer chilly. You can serve it as starter or as side dish with fried rice. You can follow these recipe tips and make hot and spicy chilli paneer at home. It is delicious dish.

Preparation Time:- 20 Mintues
Cooking Time:- 25 Mintues
Serves:- 4 Serving

Ingredients:-
paneer

350 grams paneer (cottage cheese) cut into thick strips
4 Green Chillies
7-8 Garlic cloves
1/2 tbs Ginger
2 large Capsicum, chopped
2 Onion, chopped
3 tbs Flour ( for all purpose)
3 tbs Corn flour
1 tbs black pepper powder
Salt to taste
4 tbs Soya Sauce
2 tbs Green Sauce
2 tbs Tomato Sauce
1/4 Cup Water
4 tbs oil for cooking

 Instructions:- 
1) Make paste by corn flour, maida, water, black pepper powder, salt as taste. Kneed it and make thick with water.
2) Mix paneer cubes in paste above. Set aside for 10- 12 mintues.
3) Heat cooking oil over medium flame and cook paneer cubes in  til become brown.
4) Strain paneer cubes and put on paper.
5) Heat 2 tbs oil over medium flame and cook garlic, ginger, chopped onion and chopped chillies on low flame.
6) Cook for 5 Minutes this Ingredients.
7) Add Soya Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Green Chilli Sauce and mix them properly and cook for 3 miutes over low flame.
8) Mix Paneer cubes in it and cook over medium flame for 5 minutes.
9) Turn off flame.
10) Put chilli Paneer in plates with fried rice or Green sauce.
