Paneer burji is popular dish in Punjab. It is simple, spicy and delicious dish, you can taste with gram paratha or chapati. Grated Paneer is used in paneer burji. It is simple recipe, you can follow below steps to make spicy dish at home.
Preparation Time:- 15 Minutes
Cook Time:- 15 Minutes
Serves:- 2
Ingredients:-
1 cup grated paneer
1 large onion chopped
1 large tomato chopped
4-5 green chillies
1 tbs cumin seeds
1/2 tbs gram masala
1/2 Coriander seeds
Coriander leaves 6-7 mashed
Salt to taste
1/2 tbs turmeric powder
3 tbs vegetable oil
Instructions:-
1) Heat oil on medium flame and add cumin seeds and coriander seeds cook for 2 minutes.
2) Now add chopped onion. cook it till turn in light brown color.
3) Add tomato paste and green chillies cook it for 3-4 minutes over high flame.
4) Now add turmeric powder and gram masala and mix well, cook for 2 minutes.
5) Add grated paneer and mix well. Cook it for 5 minutes over medium flame. When cooked properly add coriander leaves to make garnish. Turn off heat. Keep aside on table.
6) Serve hot and spicy paneer burji with hot paratha or chapati.
