Fruit Custard Recipe

Fruit custard is one of the easiest dessert dish, which is simple to prepare. It is nutrition dessert because included fruits and milk.

Ingredients:
Milk 1 cup
Custard powder 2tbs
Sugar 5 tbs
Fruits like banana, apple, mango, cherry and as your wish
Badam 4-5 pieces

Methods:-
1) Mix custard powder 2tbs in milk and mix well. Keep aside.
2) Cut all fruits in small slices and keep aside.
3) Turn on heat and boil the milk in pan and add sugar.
4) Add mixed custard powder and boil for 4-5 minutes.
5) After that turn off heat and keep in refrigerator for half an hour.
6) Add fruits slices.
7) Serve in bowl.
 

Chicken Biryani

Serves:- 2 persons
Preparation Time:- 30 minutes
Cook Time:- 1 hour

Ingredients:-
Basmati Rice 1 Cup
Chicken pieces 1/2 kg
Curd 1/2 cup
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Garlic paste 1 tbs
Ginger paste 1 tbs
Green Chilies 3-4
Tomato Puree 1/2 cup
Red chilly 1 tbs
Turmeric powder 1 tbs
Gram masala 1 tbs
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves 6-7
Coriander powder 1/2 tbs
Cumin seeds 1 tbs
Vegetable oil 5 tbs

Instructions:-
1) Mix all ingredients like curd, tomato puree, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chilly, turmeric powder, coriander powder and other  ingredients in bowl.
2) Marinate chicken with this paste.
3) Heat oil in pan, add onion slices stir till become light brown.
4) Now add marinated chicken and fry for half an hour.
5) On another side make rice in pressure cooker when cooked rice. Mix chicken pieces in rice and mix well. Stir for 10 Minutes.
6) Garnish chicken biryani with coriander leaves.
7) Serve hot recipes with raita.
 
 

Badam Shake Recipe

Serves :- 2 serving

Ingredients:-
Badam(almonds):- 1/4 cup
Milk:- 2 Cup
Sugar as taste
Cardamon powder: 1/2 tbs
Saffron leaves

Instruction:-
1) Soak the almonds for 4-5 hours in water. Remove from water and drain .
2) Boil the milk in pan.
3) Peel the almonds and keep aside.
4) When boil the milk, keep aside for cool.
5) Mix all ingredients in blender like almonds, milk, sugar and saffron leaves in blender and grind all ingredients for a while.
6) Keep badam shake in refrigerator for chill for 1 an hour.
7) Serve it in juice glass.



Chicken Pakora

Do you want to eat chicken pakora. I love chicken pakora. Today, i am going to discuss about chicken pakora recipe. Like others recipes, it is also simple and easy to make recipe. Only few ingredients required for this recipe. Lets talk about this recipe step by step:-

Cook Time:- 1 hour
Serves: 4

Ingredients:-
Boneless chicken 1 kg
1 cup onion chopped
4 green chilies finely chopped
1 tbs ginger and garlic paste
1 tbs cumin seeds
1 tbs lemon juice
salt to taste
1/2 tbs red chilly powder
1/2 tbs garm masala
Oil to fry
1/4 cup besan

Instructions:-
1) Wash chicken properly and dry it. Cut it into small pieces.
2) Mix all ingredients like chicken strips, onion, green chilies, ginger and garlic taste, besan, garm masala and other ingredients told above.
3) Heat oil on high flame in pan for 10 minutes. When heat oil, put chicken small pieces into oil, fry till small pieces turn in to brown colors.
4)  Apply above method for rest mixture.
5) Serve hot chicken pakora.

 

Tomato Raita Recipe

Tomato Cool Raita.... Do you like it in lunch time with rice. Lets make tomato raita. It is easy to make. This step by step recipe. Follow below steps to make tomato raita:-

Serves:- 3

Ingredients:-
1 Cup curd
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 green chilly chopped
1/4 tbs garm masala
1/4 tbs chat masala
1/4 tbs black pepper powder
Mint leaves 3-4
Coriander leaves 3-4
1/2 tbs roasted cumin seeds
1/4 cup milk
Salt to taste

Instructions:-
1) Wash onion, tomato, green, rinse these  and chopped them.
2) Whisk the curd.
3) Add salt to taste, garm masala, chat masala,  black pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds and mix well.
4) Add 1/4 cup milk and mix well.
5) Add chopped onion, tomato and green chilly and mix them properly.
6) Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
7)  Serve with rice.

Yuppp Chicken..... It is my favorite dish. I love to eat different dishes made by chicken. Today is Sunday, I am free, So i think about chicken why not make chicken dish. I am making chicken Curry. It is easy to make and you can follow these below steps...

Cook Time:- 40 Miuntes
Serves:- 4

Ingredients:-
1 kg Chicken
4 onion finely chopped
1 tomato chopped
1tbs garlic paste
1 tbs ginger paste
Salt to taste
1+1/2 cup water
4 tbs vegetable oil
1/2 tbs red chilly powder
1/2 tbs turmeric powder
1 tbs cumin powder
1 tbs garm masala
1 tbs coriander powder
Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:-
1) Wash Chicken proper and keep aside.
2) Heat oil in cooker over medium flame, add chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes.
3) Add ginger and garlic powder.
4) Add Tomato chopped and cook for 2 minutes.
5) Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garm masala, turmeric powder, chilly powder and mix well. cook well until become light brown.
6) Add chicken pieces and mix well.
7) Add water and stir. Cover the cooker with lid, cook with 5-6 whistle.
8) Off the heat and keep aside.
9) Serve in big bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.


 


Sooji Kheer

Sooji kheer is healthy desert for kids. It is easy to prepare and full of nutritious. I like too much sooji kheer. Doctors always suggest to parents of sooji kheer twice in a week for kids. Serve hot sooji kheer in winter to keep healthy kids. This is step by step recipe you can follow easily. Some below steps you have need to follow.

Cook Time:- 20 Minutes
Serves:-5

Ingredients:-
Milk 1 ltr
3/4 cup sooji
1/2 tbs cardamom powder
1/2 cup sugar
Cashews 10-12
Raisins 10
Desi ghee 1 tbs

Methods:-
1) Heat ghee in pan over high flame.
2) Add sooji and stir for 5-7 minutes.
3) Boil milk in another pan over medium flame.
4) Add sugar, cardamom powder and stir for 2 minutes.
5) Add roasted sooji in milk and stir for 10 minutes.
6) Add cashews, raisins and mix well.
7) Turn off heat and keep aside.
8) Serve hot in bowl.





Cucumber juice


A refreshing drink with crisp cucumbers, gin, fresh mint and lime.This is summer recipe.

Preparation Time:- 5 Minutes

Serves:- 2

Ingredients:-

40 ml gin

30 gm cucumber slice

20 ml lemon juice

Soda 1/4 tbs spoon

Mint Leaves

Salt as taste

Sugar 2 tbs spoon

Black pepper 1/4 tbs spoon

Instructions:-

1) Peel the cucumber.

2) Put all ingredients in shaker and shake it properly.

3) Strain in big glass.

4) Garnish with mint leaves and serve.

 

Rasgulla Recipe

How to make soft and sweet rasgulla? What do you want comes to know how to prepare soft and fluffy rasgulla at home kitchen. This recipe does not contain extra powder and ingredients. We can make it at home with few ingredients. Everybody love to eat rasgulla after dinner or lunch. So, here is recipe of spongy rasgulla:-

Serves:- 8 Pieces

Ingredients:-
Milk 1 liter boiled
2 tbs flour
2 cup sugar syrup
1/2 tbs cardamom powder
1/4 cup lemon juice or curd

Instructions:-
1) Boil 1 liter milk on medium flame and mix curd or lemon juice.
2) Off the heat and leave mixture for 10 minutes.
3) Drain of extra water, and collect paneer in paneer soft cloth.
4) Tie up the cloth and hang it for 30 minutes, With this method drain extra water.
5) Add sugar in pan and boil it for for 35-45 minutes.
6) Add 2 tbs flour in paneer and knead it to make smooth dough.
7) Make small balls in round and equal shape.
8) In sugar syrup add cardamom powder. and let be boiling.
9) Add balls in sugar syrup.
10) Cover the pan with lid and cook for 15 minutes over medium flame. Take out when become double in size.
11) Serve hot or cool in bowls with dinner.


Rice Kheer Recipe

Rice kheer is prepare at Punjabi's on special occasion. They are fan of rice kheers. Today, We are talking about rice kheer which is made by milk, kesar, dry fruits and other ingredients. It is simple recipe not included extra powders. So lets talk about this recipe, this kheer recipe based on simple rice and milk. If you have milk and rice you can make it anytime. You can carry it with lunch time. These are some ingredients and instruction how to make it sweet and delicious:-

Ingredients:-
4 large cup milk
1/2 cup rice wash and soaked
5 cardamoms
1/4 cup Sugar
8-10 almonds
8-10 Raisins
5 Cashew nuts

Instructions:-
1) Wash and soak the rice for 1 hour. Squeeze the extra water from rice and keep aside.
2) Put milk in pan and turn on heat over high flame. Hot milk for 10 minutes.
3) Add soaked rice in hot milk and boil it for 15 minutes.
4) Add sugar, cardamoms and mix well. Stir tell sugar gets dissolved properly.
5) Turn off heat and transfer into serving bowl.
6) Garnish with almonds, raisins and cashew nuts.
7) You may serve it hot or chilled.





Mango Milkshake Recipe

Mango milkshake is prepare with few ingredients. It is easy to make and delicious beverage. Mostly I make mango milkshake at weekend. Follow this simple recipe to make mango milkshake at home:-

1+1/2 cup mango chopped
4 tbs sugar
Ice cubes 4-5

1) Wash mango and peel. Blend mango in mixer until smooth. Approx 30-45 seconds.
2) Add sugar and blend again only seconds.
3) Add milk and ice and blend for 10 seconds.
4) Pour in glasses, serve with ice cream and cherry.


 

Boondi Raita Recipe

Today i am talking about boondi raita recipe. It is simple and easy to prepare, but my favorite dish. I prepared it daily in breakfast. You can also prepare on daily basis in your breakfast. So now lets talk about recipe of boondi raita. This is prepared with step by step instructions. Follow below steps:-

Preparation Time:- 15 Minutes
Serves: 3 Persons

Ingredients:-
1 cup curd
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup boondi
1/2 tbs black pepper powder
1/2 tbs chaat masala
2 green chillies finely chopped
1/2 tbs cumin powder
1-2 coriander leaves chopped
2-3 mint leaves chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 cup warm water

Instructions:-
1) Dip the 1/4 cup boondi in warm water for 5 minutes.
2) Drain the water from boondi, press with palm lightly, not mash it.
3) Whisk the curd and 1/4 cup milk and mix well in bowl.
4) Add boondi in curd and mix well.
5) Add other all ingredients like as black pepper powder, green chilli, mint and coriander leaves, salt and other powders. and mix well.
6) Keep it in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
7) After 15 minutes serve it rice or paratha.


Onion Raita Recipe

Onion raita recipe is too simple. Raita is side dish, we can eat with rice, biryani, parathas, pualo and chats also. Punjabi's are fan of curd. They can not eat paraths without raita. So Today i am preparing onion raita recipe with step by step procedure.

Ingredients:-
1 Cup Curd
1/4 Cup Milk
Salt to taste
1/2 tbs Black Pepper
1 Large onion finely chopped
1/2 tbs cumin seeds
4-5 leaves coriander leaves
1 green chilli

Instructions:-
1) Wash onion and peel it. Cut it into small cubes.
2) Whisk the curd and add milk mix well in bowl.
3) Add salt, black pepper, green chilli, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves cumin seeds and mix well
4) Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix till become smooth.
5) Serve with paratha or rice.




Mooli Paratha Recipe

Mooli stuffed paratha is famous dish of Punjab. It is easy to prepare and yummy paratha recipe. We can prepare this recipe with shredded mooli, green coriander leaves and spinach leaves to make garnish dish. Learn how to make spicy mooli paratha and about ingredients.

Cook Time:- 20 Minutes
Serves:- 4(8 Pieces)

Ingredients:-
2 cup flour for all purpose
1 cup shredded mooli
1 cup spinach and coriander leaves finely chopped
4-5 green chillies finely chopped
1/2 tbs garm masala
1/2 tbs coriander seeds
Salt to taste
1 cup water
4 tbs desi ghee or oil for cooking

Instructions for Stuff:-
1) Remove water from shredded mooli by squeezing and keep in big bowl.
2) Add chopped spinach and coriander leaves in shredded mooli and mix well.
3) Add salt to taste, chopped green chillies, garm masala and coriander seeds and mix well.
4) Divide stuff into 8 equal parts. Keep aside.

Instructions for Dough:-
1) Knead dough in big bowl, add water till it become soft and smooth, when it become soft and smooth keep aside.
2) Divide it into 8 equal parts.
3) Take one roll on chapati making board and roll it like circle, Put one roll of stuff and place on center of chapati. Fold from all sides, Press with palm and coat roll with dry flour.
4) Place roll on chakla and make chapati like as circle again.
5) Place it on heated griddle on medium flame.
6) Spread 1/2 tbs on stuffed paratha and turn another side cook it for 30 seconds.
7) Cook paratha till it turn in little brown colour.
8) Apply all above methods for remaining rolls to make stuff paratha.
9) Serve with simple curd or onion raita.


Sweet Chocolate Cake

This is sweet chocolate cake recipe. Kids like to eat chocolate cakes on their birthday. So this is good news for mothers, they can easily prepare the chocolate cake at home. This is step by step recipe. You can follow below steps to make sweet chocolate cake at home.

Ingredients:-
4 lager egg
2 cup for all purpose
1 cup milk
1 cup desi ghee
1+1/2 cup sugar
1 tbs vanilla extract
1/4 tbs salt
1 baking powder
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup dark chocolate
2 tbs cocoa powder

Instructions:-
1) Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.  Grease and line 9 inch.
2) Beat egg, baking powder, sugar and desi ghee in bowl till become soft.
3) In separate bowl crate cocoa powder in 2tbs hot water. Mix well.
4) All Ingredients mix well and pour into 9 inch pan.
5) Bake at 300 degrees F for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool it.
6) Grease with cream and serve.
 

Egg Pakora Recipe

Today I am going to make unique and spicy dish that is egg pakora. Punjabi's are love to eat pakora on special festivals. Specially on festivals, you can see making different  dishes at Punjabi's home. Pakora is famous dish  which is prepared at special occasion. But today i am going to make egg pakora recipe. Lets see how to make egg pakora at home without extra spicy powder.

Egg Pakora Recipe


Preparation Time:- 10 Minutes
Cook Time:- 10 Minutes
Serves:- 2 Persons

Ingredients:-
4 egg large
1/2 Cup besan
4-5 Green Chillies
Coriander Leaves 8-9 finely chopped
2 Onion chopped
1/2 tbs red chilli powder
1/2 tbs turmeric powder
1/2 tbs gram masala
salt to taste
1 cup water
1/2 vegetable oil
1/8 baking powder

Instructions:-
1) Boil 4 egg in water with sprinkle salt for 10 minutes in pan. Peeled the egg and cut into 2 pieces and keep aside.
2) Make batter add besan flour, water and all ingredients above and mix well. It should be soft and liquid.
3) Heat vegetable oil on high flame in pan for 5 minutes.
4) Dip each egg piece in batter and deep fry in oil till it turn into light brown color.
5) Serve hot egg pakora with green and red sauce.






Rajma Chawal Recipe

Rajmah chawal most famous dish in Punjab. Mostly it is famous in 'Punjabi Dhaba'. Today I am going to make rajma chawal recipe on demand of my page fan 'Sonal Kadam'. Serves:- 4 Serving

Ingredients:-
Rajma(kidney beans) 1 cup
Rice 1 cup
1 tbs cumin seeds
2 large onion finely chopped
2 tomato chopped
5-6 green chillies chopped
1 tbs ginger-garlic paste
1 tbs turmeric powder
1 tbs garm masala
1 red chilli powder
1 tbs coriander seeds
6-7 coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste
Water 2 cup
2 tbs vegetable oil

Instructions:-
1) Wash rajma and rice with water 3 to 4 times.
2) Soak the rajma in water 5 hours to make soft. Discard water and keep aside.
3) Heat oil over high flame and add cumin seeds and coriander seeds. cook for 1 minutes.
4) Add onion paste mix well in oil and cook or 2 minutes.
5) Now add other ingredients chopped tomato, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and mix well. cook for 4 minutes.
6) Add red chilli powder, garm masala and turmeric powder and mix well. Add 2 cup water and mix properly.
7) Add  soaked rajma and mix well. Cover the pressure cooker with lid. Pressure cook for 5 to 6 whistle.
8) When rajma cooking, prepare the rice, heat the water and add 2 cup water when water become too hot add soaked rice and mix well. Cook rice on medium flame for 6-7 minutes.
9) Now put coriander leaves on rajma and rice to make delicious.
10) Serve hot rajma with rice.

Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Paneer burji is popular dish in Punjab. It is simple, spicy and delicious dish, you can taste with gram paratha or chapati. Grated Paneer is used in paneer burji. It is simple recipe, you can follow below steps to make spicy dish at home.

Preparation Time:- 15 Minutes
Cook Time:- 15 Minutes
Serves:- 2

Ingredients:-
1 cup grated paneer
1 large onion chopped
1 large tomato chopped
4-5 green chillies
1 tbs cumin seeds
1/2 tbs gram masala
1/2 Coriander seeds
Coriander leaves 6-7 mashed
Salt to taste
1/2 tbs turmeric powder
3 tbs vegetable oil

Instructions:-
1) Heat oil on medium flame and add cumin seeds and coriander seeds cook for 2 minutes.
2) Now add chopped onion. cook it till turn in light brown color.
3) Add tomato paste and green chillies cook it for 3-4 minutes over high flame.
4) Now add turmeric powder and gram masala and mix well, cook for 2 minutes.
5) Add grated paneer and mix well. Cook it for 5 minutes over medium flame. When cooked properly add coriander leaves to make garnish. Turn off heat. Keep aside on table.
6) Serve hot and spicy paneer burji with hot paratha or chapati.



Strawberry Cake Recipe

Strawberry cake is easy to make. In this recipe, i have not included extra ingredients, So you have no need to apply more efforts to make strawberry cake. Lets follow these below steps:-

Serves:- 10

Ingredients:-
1 cup flour for all purpose
1 cup cornmeal
1+1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butter or desi ghee
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chopped strawberry
4 egg
1 tbs vanilla extract
1/2 tbs salt

Instructions:-
1) Preheat oven 350 degree F. Grease and flour 10 inch pan cake.
2) Mix cornmeal, flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, keep aside.
3) Beat the eggs, add butter and sugar.
4) Add other ingredients in bowl and mix well all ingredients in bowl.
5) Pour batter into 10 inch pan.
6) Bake for 50 Minutes in oven, until become toothpick.
7) Cool cake.
8) Serve with cream.



Palak Paneer Recipe

Palak Paneer is famous dish in North India. Palak Paneer Curry made of spinach and cheese cottage. This is Winter Dish, Mostly we prepare this dish in winter. This recipe not included extra powder. It is simple recipe, you can also try at your home. Just you have to follow these below steps:-

Spinach 2 Cup Chopped
Cheese Cottage 1/2 cup
2 Onion finely chopped
3 Garlic cloves crushed
4 tbsCup cream
4 tbs oil
Salt to taste
Gram masala 1 tbs
Red Chilli powder 1 tbs
4-5 Green Chillies
1/2 Cup Water
1 tbs ginger paste

Instructions:-
1) Heat the oil over medium flame and add chopped onion for 5 minutes.
2) Add garlic paste and ginger paste cook for 5-6 minutes.
3) Heat 2 tbs oil and add paneer cubes, fry for 5 minutes.
4) In onion paste add chopped spinach and mix well.
5) Add 1/2 cup water and mix well. cook for 20 minutes.
6) When Spinach turn in dark green color add fry paneer cubes and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes
7) After add 4 tbs fresh cream on palak paneer curry.
8) Turn off heat and keep aside.
9) Serve hot curry with rice or chapati.


Matar Paneer

Mater Paneer is delicious dish of India. It is too easy to make. Today We are making mater paneer curry. Follow below steps if you want to taste of this yummy curry.

Ingredients:-
Shelled Green Peas 1 Cup
Cottage Cubes 1 Cup
Water 1 Cup
4-5 Green chillies
1 Cup chopped Onion
Ginger Garlic paste 1tbs
Salt as taste
Turmeric powder 1 tbs
Gram masala 1 tbs
Cumin Seeds 1 tbs
Red chilli powder 1 tbs
Tomato grated 1 cup
Coriander seeds 1 tbs
Coriander Leaves 6-7

 Instructions:-
1) Heat oil in pan and add cumin seed, cook for 2 minutes.
2) Add onion paste, green chilli and ginger garlic paste  and mix well, cook till it turn in light brown color.
3) Add grated tomato and turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garm masala, cook for 5 minutes.
4) Add shelled peas and cheese cottage mix properly with spoon. cook for a while.
5) Add 1 cup water, cook on medium flame.
6) Garnished with Green dhaniya with this it became more delicious.
7) You can serve hot curry with chapati or rice.


Vegetable Biryani Recipe

Vegetable Biryani is very quick to make in pressure cooker. To make simple vegetable biryani we need just few vegetable and basmati rice. We can pack it for lunch. You can serve it as started dish and as side dish with raita. Here how to make vegetable biryani????

Cook Time:- 20 Minutes
Serves:- 2 serving

Ingredients:-
Basmati Rice 1 Cup
Onion 2
Tomato 1
Carrot 1 Large
Cauliflower 4-5 small picecs
Salt to taste
Green pees shelled 1/4 Cup
Bay leaf 1
Ginger-garlic paste 1tbs
Turmeric Powder 1tbs
Red Chilli powder 1tbs
Capsicum 1
Green Dhaniya Leaves 6-7
Gram masala powder 1 tbs
Jeera 1tbs

Directions:-
1) Wash the rice with Water, and soak rice in water for 10 Minutes.
2) Cut all vegetable into small slices.
3) Turn on heat and place the pan on heat. add vegetable oil, cook it for 2 minutes, now add jeera 1 tbs, onion chopped, tomato, green chilli and ginger- garlic paste, mix it well. Cook for 10 minutes.
When all ingredients turn in light brown color add all vegetables and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes over medium flame.
4) Put the lid and check vegetables are cooked properly.
5) Now boil the rice in water with 4-5 drops of oil for 10 minutes.
6) Check rice with spoon and drain extra water and keep aside.
7) Mix cooked vegetables and boiled rice in big pan. Turn on heat on medium flame and cook for 5 Minutes.
8) Now turn off heat.
9) Serve hot Vegetable biryani with raita.





Eggless Cake Recipe

Some people do not like egg, so they do not eat egg dishes. They do not eat cake also, because cake make by egg so they lost the taste of cake only for egg. But we can also make without egg for those who do not like egg. So it is good news for those people who do not eat cake because of egg. But we can tasty and delicious cake without egg. Lets talk about eggless cake recipe. This is step by step recipe, you can also try at home. This cake recipe is prepared in pressure cooker.

Serving:- 10

Ingredients:-
Flour (Maida) 2 Cups
Ghee 1/2 Cup
Sugar 1 Cup
Milk 1 Cup
Coffee Powder 1tbs
Baking powder 1tbs
1/2 Water
Salt 1/4 tbs

Directions:-
1) Turn on heat and place pressure cooker on it over medium flame.
2) Put all ingredients to make cake batter.
3) Grease the baking dish to be used to bake the Cake. Grease it from all the corners with Ghee and sprinkle 1 tea spoon Maida into the baking dish and spread it evenly in all the corners making a thin layer.
4)  Mix all gradients well.
5) Transfer cake batter into cooker.
6) Cover cooker without the pressure, and lower flame, let cook for 40 minutes
7) Check again and again.
8) After 40 Minutes turn off heat. Place the cooker on table.
9) Transfer cake in plate.
10) You can also sprinkle dry fruits on cake.
11) Cool it and serve.



Fluffy Omelette Recipe

1 tbs milk
4 tbs paneer (for grating)

1 onion finely chopped

2 green chillies chopped
1/2 Capsicum 
Salt as taste
1/4 tbs red chilli powder

Directions:-
1) Crack 4 egg in bowl and beat well.
2) Add 1 tbs milk and mix well.
3) Add little bit salt in beat egg.
4) Add chopped vegetables in mixture and mix well with fork or spoon.
5) Preheat pan to high flame.
6) Put 2tbs oil in pan and heat it.
7) Add mixture in pan and cook for 1 miuntue.
8) Push one side edge up and cook front edge of omelette for 1 minute.
9) When both side turn in little brown color sprinkle grated cheese on omelette.
10) Take omelette from pan, keep aside in plate.
11) Serve it with green sauce or red sauce.

Peach Cake Recipe

4 Egg
1+1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tbs baking powder
1 Cup desi ghee
2 cup maida
2 cup peaches
1/2 cup chopped nut(pecans)

Instructions:-
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2) Grease and flour a pan.
3) Beat egg.
4) Peel peach and cut in small slices.
5) Mix all ingredients in bowl and mix propely.
6) Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
7) Remove from oven and place on wire rack to cool.
8) Serve cake.

Paneer Paratha Recipe

Paneer is used in pakora, sweets, vegetables, gravy recipe and so on. Paneer is healthy food. Now we will talk about paneer paratha recipe step by step with instructions.

Ingredients:-

4 tbs oil or ghee
1 cup grated cheese
Water 1 cup
salt to taste
6-7 dhaniya leaves finely chopped
2 tbs Coriander
4-5 chopped green chillies
1/2 red chilli powder
1/2 tbs Garm masala
Kasoori Methi

Instructions:-
For dough:-
1) Combine flour, 1 tbs oil and salt in big bowl mix all well with hand.
2) Add water little bit water and knead dough, adding water till it turn smooth.
3) Finally divide dough into 8 equal parts and keep aside.

For stuffing:-
1) Add grated paneer in bowl.
2) Add all ingredients( coriander, garm masala, kasoori methi, reg chilli powder, green chilli, dhaniya and other ingredients) in paneer and mix well.
3) Divide stuffing into 8 equal parts and keep aside.
4) Turn on the heat while make paratha till it turn in heat.
5) Take one dough ball. And roll it on chakla, make it in circle shape, place stuffing on circle and fold from all sides propely.
6) Dust with dry flour and again roll on chalka to make squre shape chapati.
7) Place paratha on laughter, flip after few seconds and apply oil with spoon on paratha. after flip the paratha again till it turn in light brown color.
8) Apply all above methods on remaining parathas.
9) Now Paneer paratha is ready.
10) You can serve it with raita or green chutny.





Kadai Paneer Recipe

A restaurant style kadai paneer recipe. It is spicy, delicious and very easy to make cheese dish. This is step by step recipe.

Serves:- 3

Ingredients:-
300 grams paneer( Cottage cheese) cut into cubes
ingredents for paneer6 Green chillies chopped
2 onion finely chopped
2 Tomato chopped
Coriander leaves:- 6-7
Coriander seeds:- 1tbs
Cumin seeds:- 1/2 tbs
Oil:- 3tbs
Water:- 1 cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric:- 1tbs
Red chilli powder to taste
Garm Masala:- 1tbs
Kasoori Methi:- 1 tbs
Cream or Malai:- 1/4 cup
Garlic Paste:- 1 tbs
Ginger:- 4 inch into small chopped
Capsicum:- 1/2 cup in sliced

Instructions:-
1) Heat the oil in pan/kadai over medium flame.
2) Fry paneer cubes in oil till they turn in light brown color.
3) After drain paneer cubes on paper.
4) Again heat oil in pan, add cumin seed coriander seeds when they turn in light brown color, add onion, garlic paste, ginger chopped, green chilli chopped and tomato, capsicum. fry for 7-8 minutes.
5) Now add red chilli powder, garm masala, salt to taste, turmeric powder, cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
6) Add water 1 cup mix well, and cook for 2 minutes.
7) Add Paneer cubes in pan, cook for 7-8 minutes over medium flame.
8) Add cream or malai 1/4 cup and mix well.
9) Turn off heat.
10) Place aside pan.
11) Spread coriander leaves on kadai paneer to make spicy and hot.
12) Now serve hot kadai paneer to guest.

Egg Boiled

The most simple recipe in the world is boiled egg. Kids can also try this easy recipe. Lets know how boil the egg.

4) Heat the oil over medium flame in pan.
5) Mix all ingredients proper in bowl.
6) Pour egg mixture in pan.
7) When one side cook of omelette, spread the cheese on egg mixture in pan.
8) Now fold the omelette in spring roll shape.
9) When it cook well, omelette/slide put out in plate.
10) Now serve hotty cheese omelette with sauce.



Egg Toast

1) Beat egg until become pale, fluffy. Add milk 1 tbs. Again beat well
2) Add onion, tomato, green chilli, dhaniya leaves, red chillii powder and salt. Beat all ingredients well.
3) Heat oil over medium flame in pan.
4) Take slice and dip it in paste and fry until become brown.
5) Fry both sides well.
6) Repeat 4th and 5th steps for remain slices.
7) Now serve hot and spicy egg toast with sauce.



Jeera Paulo

Jeera Paulo is my favorite dish specially in lunch time. It is not only my favorite dish, also love the process of making jeera paulo. It is very simple method to cook the Jeera Rice/Paulo. This is step by step recipe, you can also follow below tips to make yummy jeera rice.

Serves:- 4 Serving

Ingredients:-
Basmati Rice:- 1 Cup

Jeera:- 1 tbs
Bay Leaf:- 3
Onion- 1 Large
Green Chillies: 4 Chopped
Ginger:- 1tbs
Garlic Paste:- 1tbs
Water:- 1+1/2 Cup
Salt as taste

Method:-
1) Wash rice and Soak for 15 Minutes.
2) Drain and keep aside.
3) Heat ghee over medium flame in pressure cooker, add jeera, bay leaf.
4) Add salt, chopped rice, green chillies and cook for 5 minutes.
5) Add garlic paste and ginger.
6) Add rice and water and mix well.
7) Cover cooker pressure cooker with lid and wait one whistle.
8) Turn off the flame.
9) Serve the rice with Curd or any vegetable.

Chilli Paneer recipe

Today, I have praparaed Chilli paneer with this step by step recipe is delicious delight anytime.  This recipe is for preparing dry Chinese paneer chilly. You can serve it as starter or as side dish with fried rice. You can follow these recipe tips and make hot and spicy chilli paneer at home. It is delicious dish.

Serves:- 4 Serving

Ingredients:-

350 grams paneer (cottage cheese) cut into thick strips
4 Green Chillies
7-8 Garlic cloves
1/2 tbs Ginger
2 large Capsicum, chopped
2 Onion, chopped
3 tbs Flour ( for all purpose)
3 tbs Corn flour
1 tbs black pepper powder
Salt to taste
4 tbs Soya Sauce
2 tbs Green Sauce
2 tbs Tomato Sauce
1/4 Cup Water
4 tbs oil for cooking

 Instructions:- 
1) Make paste by corn flour, maida, water, black pepper powder, salt as taste. Kneed it and make thick with water.
2) Mix paneer cubes in paste above. Set aside for 10- 12 mintues.
3) Heat cooking oil over medium flame and cook paneer cubes in  til become brown.
4) Strain paneer cubes and put on paper.
5) Heat 2 tbs oil over medium flame and cook garlic, ginger, chopped onion and chopped chillies on low flame.
6) Cook for 5 Minutes this Ingredients.
7) Add Soya Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Green Chilli Sauce and mix them properly and cook for 3 miutes over low flame.
8) Mix Paneer cubes in it and cook over medium flame for 5 minutes.
9) Turn off flame.
10) Put chilli Paneer in plates with fried rice or Green sauce.

  




Apple Cake Recipe

This is my favorite cake. I tried many cakes but most taste cake is apple cake. It is healthy cake because made by apple fruit. I like the process of making an Apple Cake.

Cook Time:- 1 hour
Serves:- 12(serving)

Ingredients:
1+1/2 cup apple (3 Large apple)
1 -2 tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbs ground cinnamon
1/2 cup desi ghee
1+1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 warm water
1 tbs baking powder
4 large eggs
1 tbs vanilla extract
 2 tbs milk

Instruction:-
 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
1) Peel the apple and cut into small piececs.
2) Mix the apple with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, lightly whisk the eggs and mix them all ingredients.
3) Gradually stir the flour mixture into the wet mixture and stir just until incorporated.
4) Mix all above ingredients.
5) Transfer the all mixture to pan and smooth the top. Bake in preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes until golden brown  Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
6) while the cake is still hot prepare the glaze.

Fried Rice recipe

I love fired rice. It is simple recipe. Everybody can easily guess the Ingredients and try at home. You can take in lunch box with spicy gravy.

Coke Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:-
Basmati rice:- 1 cup
Carrot:- 1
Beans:- 6-7
Baby Corn: 5
Pepper powder:- 1tbs
Spring onion - 4 sprig
Spring Onion:- 1
Oil:- 3 tbs
Water:- 1+1/2 cup
Cumin seeds:- 1/4 tbs

Instructions:-
1Soak rice in water with 2-3 drop of oil for 10 minutes.
2) Drain off the rice to a colander and cool it.
3) Heat oil on medium flame in pan.
4) Add all ingredients and fry for 4 minutes.
5)  Mix rice in ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6) Garnish rice with fresh chopped spring onions
7) Serve with gravy, salad and raita.


I loved this Fried rice which was not the Chinese style one, but it was Indian style.It had only vegetables, but was so flavourful!  It was so simple that, I could really guess the ingredients and very tempted to try at home. The very next day (Since I only had fried rice the before day), I made for lunch with Gobi Manchurian.  The recipe is so so so simple. Only thing to do is cut the veggie finely. Gobhi Paratha Recipe

Either Breakfast or diner you can serve any time gobhi paratha to guest. Increase the taste with butter and green chutny. Lets make gobhi paratha. It is step by step recipe:-
Preparation Time:- 15 Minutes
Cooking Time:- 20 Mintues
Serves:- 4 persons( 8 Paratha)

Ingredients 

Gobhi - 500 gram

  Flour(for all purpose) - 2 Cups

Flour( for all purpose) - 2 cup

Cumin- 1/4 tbs(optional)

Dhaniya powder- 1 tbs

Chilly powder- 1/4 tbs

Gram Masala- 1/2 tbs

Green chilly- 3-4 

Ginger- 1/2 inch piece

Salt- 2 tbs

Oil - 100 gram

Green Coriander- 8-9 leaves

Instruction:

1) To make dough, mix 2 cup wheat flour, salt and 1tbs oil. Mix them with hand in bowl. Put little bit water in mixture. Knead soft and smooth dough.

2) Cut gobhi into large pieces. After wash it with water.

3) Heat the oil in a  pan and add the cumin seeds.

4) When the cumin seeds crackle, add green chillies on a medium flame for 30 seconds.

5) Add the cauliflower and salt.

6) Add  water, mix well and cook on a medium flame.

7) Add the coriander and mix well. Keep aside.

8) Divide the gobhi and dough  into portions.

9)  Make round shape chapati using wheat dough.

10) Put Gobhi on round shape chapati and fold it from all sides properly.

11) Again make chapati of stuffing dough in square shape.  

12) Now cook using little oil on griddle til both sides brown in colour.

13) Repeat instructions with remaining dough  and stuffing to make other 7 parathas.

14) Now serve hot gobhi paratha with butter, green chutny or curd.

To Make dough mix 2 cup  wheat flour, 2 tablespoon oil and salt. Mix them with hand in bowl. Put water into mixed material and knead smooth and soft dough .
